Don't throw away Food Donate it!
When you start packing you will find stuff to throw away before you move, including non-perishable food. NJWMA partners with  'Move For Hunger', a NJ non profit that co-ordinates food donations to local food banks in your area; please ask your mover to deliver it to a food bank for a family in need.
