Changes to the New Jersey Unemployment Compensation Law

A new law takes effect on July 31, 2023, requiring employers to communicate electronically with NJDOL’s Unemployment Division. Information on this requirement is included in your Annual Combined Assessment Bill, or by other written notice, mailed toward the end of July.

 NO ACTION IS REQUIRED AT THIS TIME IF:
