NJWMA Takes Action on Advanced Clean Truck Regulations
The New Jersey Warehouse & Movers Association (NJWMA) has sent a letter to Governor Murphy expressing our deep concerns about the impact of the Advanced Clean Truck Regulations on our industry and economy. With over 400 members, including moving companies and vendors across New Jersey, we highlighted how the costs of compliance and implementation could significantly disrupt business operations and increase prices for goods and services.
We are not alone in this effort; the New Jersey Coalition of Automotive Retailers (NJCAR), Commerce & Industry Associatin of N.J. (CIANJ) and the New Jersey Motor Truck Association (NJMTA) have also voiced their opposition through letters to the Governor, emphasizing the unprepared state of New Jersey’s energy infrastructure and the potential economic fallout.
NJWMA is committed to protecting our industry and ensuring that your voices are heard. We will continue to advocate for practical solutions that support our businesses and the vital logistics and trucking sectors in New Jersey.
