Take a Second Look at the Mover’s Website and Social Media Pages.
Be on the lookout for generic, stock ‘moving’ photos that do not have company branding. You do not want to fall prey to someone who rents a truck, collects your money, dumps your goods and disappears. An established moving company will often have their history posted, pictures of owners or team members, and images of work they have performed. If you cannot get a feel from the images who the mover is, where they are physically located and or their history in business, you may be dealing with a broker or rogue mover who does not want to be found.
