On December 23rd, Jim Simpson presented a plaque and a check of $5,000 to Victory’s service provider/driver of the year to Karen and Ted Pellichero. Ted learned the art of handling household goods at Victory beginning when he was 21 years of age. Ted has logged over a million miles and his wife Karen over 250,000 miles. Today, they drive a 2018 Peterbilt 579 and remain accident and violation free. Driving is only a small part of the skill set required in the moving industry, however. Victory teams provide the end-to-end service of packing, wrapping, crating, loading, unloading and unpacking with the same crew, which is a service very few moving companies provide. The Pellichero’s customer service ratings were a perfect score at 100% with no household goods claims. This year was particularly challenging given the protocols necessary with COVID.
